5 stars! Our AC went out when it was very hot. I called Air King and they were able to come out the next day. It only took them 1.5 hours to fix and the price was very reasonable. We went here a couple of weeks ago to buy a part we thought we needed for our furnace. Rather than simply selling us the part that was non refundable, the owner spent time talking with us about what we thought was the problem. In the end, he suggested we didn’t need the part and told us what to do. We came home, followed his advice and all is good! If we ever do need a professional guy, this is absolutely who we will call! Every Person I dealt with at Air King was wonderful. They were able to get me a quote for HVAC the very next day of asking about it. Jeff Zerfowski walked me through the entire process of how everything would work and made it feel like he really cared about how it would turn out by suggesting a multitude of options. Two installers arrived at our house, precisely at the time we had been told to expect them, to install a new furnace and central air conditioner. They were very personable, knowledgeable, hard working, and worked well together as a team. The job was completed in less than a day, resulting in a very neat and high quality job. All of the old equipment and new equipment packing was hauled away. The installers were very respectful of our property, and left no mess anywhere. I highly recommend Air King's installation crew, and am certain my new equipment and any future service will also be to my satisfaction. Read Less
