I called exactly when they opened looking for a part to fix my furnace. Jeff, the parts guy, was super knowledgeable and had exactly what I needed, and was willing to sell it to me despite me not being a commercial guy. When I stopped in the shop to pick it up, it was an amazing, clean facility, with kind office staff and my part was on the counter waiting for me with an invoice ready to go. The part went in when I got home and works like a champ, saving me from the oncoming cold snap. I can't rate Air King high enough. Read Less

5 stars! Our AC went out when it was very hot. I called Air King and they were able to come out the next day. It only took them 1.5 hours to fix and the price was very reasonable. I never felt they were trying to take advantage of the situation or trying to upsell. Very nice and knowledgeable technician. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Read Less
