I called exactly when they opened looking for a part to fix my furnace. Jeff, the parts guy, was super knowledgeable and had exactly what I needed, and was willing to sell it to me despite me not being a commercial guy. When I stopped in the shop to pick it up, it was an amazing, clean facility, with kind office staff and my part was on the counter waiting for me with an invoice ready to go. I really can’t complain!!! Even if my house isn’t as warm as I would like it that’s my own fault for not asking to turn all of the heaters on. Since it was my first winter I wasn’t sure what to expect but also know if it gets too warm I wouldn’t be able to tolerate the heat. They were kind enough to take a look at everything I asked about and made sure to try and help me with whatever they could so I couldn’t be happier with the service I got!! Would highly recommend!
